THE BEST WINE IS IN THE BEST VINEYARD

Vineyards, water control, the best techniques of viticulture and the best grapes; these are the basics to get the best wine. In the Chaconero property located in the Cabezo of the Virgin near Villena, Alicante (Spain), sustainably we cultivate our vineyard (no herbicides, no insecticides). Our land is nurtured and cared for with compost naturally produced by our own livestock. We also have to turn the most advanced techniques to engage in dialogue with plants such as the dendrometry or precision viticulture that allows us through sensors meet water stress of the plant and thus produce more fresh, concentrated and higher quality grapes . The refinement of the wines is done in our underground cellar of Alfaz del Pi, giving each wine its time in oak barrels selected from the best forests of Nevers, Allier, American White Missouri, American White Oregon and always at temperatures and humidity controlled .
