  E. MENDOZA CABERNET-MONASTRELL 3/4

  Vineyards on sandy-loam soils with good drainage double-guyot pruned, ideal to distribute and control the load and delay ripening grape. Ruby red color with garnet flashes and medium-high layer. The palate is ripe, serene with fine tannins. Scrubland aromas such as rosemary, lavender and thyme together with red berries and floral aromas characteristic of the variety.
