Olite is the wine capital of Navarre, former headquarters of the old Kingdom, and our wines are a reflection of this land of strong personality. In fact, wine is a member of our family. Not surprisingly, we are a family winery in which more than 160 years trying to convey to wine our daily work and dedication. Convinced that quality begins in the vineyard, in Celler Ochoa we only work with grapes coming from our own vines, planted, pruned and harvested by us. We know perfectly our raw material, which deal with extraordinary delicacy to maintain quality from the start. We respect the vineyard to the fullest, without breaking the natural balance, but always taking advantage of the possibilities of new technologies. So, we have decided to develop research programs (known R & D) to provide our products the ideal fusion between tradition and modernity and create innovative wines. Wine quality is not improvised, must be looked after calmly, without haste. The wines only leave our house when they are ready to give everything they have inside.
