AT Roca family presents his new sparkling wine. Macabeo made of 100% of the vineyard Vinya Esparter and cultivated following the parameters of organic farming.
An ecological sparkling wine produced traditionally. The peculiarity of this sparkling is that the base wine rests for 7 months in barrels. Once bottled, perform the aging in bottle for a minimum of 30 months.

Working the old vines for maximum concentration and expression of the different terroirs, harvesting and manually selecting the best grapes from each strain or practicing sustainable organic viticulture. This is how faithfully we stick to our commitment to the territory and its people, as we are farmers, winemakers and grape growers but are, above all, people we make wine for others to enjoy.
