In Chaconero farm in the Peak of the Virgin near Villena, Alicante (Spain), we cultivate our vineyards sustainably (no herbicides, no insecticide). Our land is nurtured and cared naturally with compost produced by our own livestock.
We also have to turn the most advanced techniques to engage in dialogue with plants such as the dendometría or precision viticulture allows us to know the sensors through plant water stress and thus produce more fresh, concentrated and higher quality grapes .
The refinement of the wine takes place in our underground cellar of Alfaz del Pi, giving each wine its time in oak barrels selected from the best forests of Nevers, Allier, Missouri American White, American White Oregon and always controlled temperature and humidity .
