The wines of F. Schatz are known to be agreeable and fruity, and of elegant varietal aromas. They are influenced by the “terroir”, created by a special microclimate and the balance of the natural reactions in the vineyard and the winery. The cultivation and production of organic wine is controlled by the CAAE organisation (Comité Andaluz de Agricultura Ecológica) who conduct frequent analysis.
