The bodegaMONASTRELL born as a personal project of the marriage of Alfonso and Mavi, natural from Bullas and heirs to a long family tradition of agricultural, where the love of the land has become passion and enjoyment for the development of well-made products. Vineyards, enthusiasm and a well-designed solid project are the foundation of this new winery in 2005, his first vintage vinified. The team joins the winemaker Jose Jimenez who, little by little, has developed a style of winemaking that optimizes the production of red exquisite Monastrell variety, one of the best adapted to this unique natural environment. From the first moment grapes they have been produced under the guidelines and philosophy of organic farming, by conviction and spirit of naturalness and environmental sustainability. Both the wine production as bodegaMONASTRELL wines are protected and certified by the Organic Farming Council from the 2011 harvest. Our red wines are the result of a long and pampered winemaking process begins each year in the vineyard and, after passing through the glass, just enjoy doing the consumer.
