SAT 1870 CASA PAREJA
CASA PAREJA develop a comprehensive project of sustainable agriculture with practices that respect the environment and using the byproducts, both the culture and the process of obtaining oil (olive cake) and wine. We make composting the prunings and alperujos with cattle manure to get humus to the soil to fertilize incorporated; use bones of olive as fuel and even produce handmade soap made of olive oil. They are 350 hectares dedicated to organic cultivation of olive trees, vineyards, cereals and traditional cultivation of almond trees, fruit trees and vines nursery. The varieties of olives grow are the traditional "cuquillo" and "cornicabra" and conmpletando renewing plantations with "Arbequina" variety. There are also experimental plots of the variety "picual" and "hojiblanca" among others. Current production is around 120,000 liters of oil.
