Our newest Tradicion breaks our rules, as we blend in some flamboyant, youthfully fruity PX into our ancient dry, nutty Oloroso.
The flavour complexity from this improper marriage is outrageous, the texture quite seductive.
Whilst making marvellous sipping, it also accompanies anything orange, cake, offal, seeds.
It is the perfect not-dry wine for those who only drink wines that are not sweet.

Tasting Notes: Color: Bright Mahogany with iodinated and red tones. Nose: powerful notes of almonds and fruits: raisins, figs, prunes in a set of very impressive aromas of dried fruit. Palate: Very smooth and velvety, with a contradictory feeling dense but light at the same time. It has a portion of dry wine that causes an intense feeling that is lightened by the sweetness and freshness of fruit and raisined causing a refreshing finish.
Gastronomy: It is unparalleled when combined with bitter orange desserts, chocolate, pasta or biscuits. The combination is irresistible with Christmas sweets but harmonized with tripe is an inimitable experience. Pure spicy cigars are excellent accompaniment of this wine.
Temperature: It is extraordinary if consumed at room temperature (15-16 °) but can also be eaten a little colder (10-12 °) even at the cost of losing some flavor and aromas.
