VALLADOLID moors Valladolid contains a viticultural diversity; very old vines exponents the ancestral viticulture, low production and equipped with a special character. Because of our strong belief in the compatibility and excellent harmony of the combination of grapes from these areas, we set out walking the moors of Valladolid crossed by the River Douro, in order to recover and rescue these vineyards mostly going to remove strains. The grapes come from old vines with very low yields, located in the municipalities Mucientes Valladolid Pedrosa del Rey and Valbuena de Duero. Each plot is vinified separately, allowing winery select the most suitable for each wine blend. The result is the Páramos range of Valladolid, composed of two plurivarietales red: a first Wine, The Origin of Prieto Pariente, of great complexity and elegance and very limited production; Y a second wine, called Prieto Pariente, which emphasize balance, kindness and freshness of the fruit.
