Very vivid red garnet with significant violet notes and intense robe.The intensity and complexity of this wine is striking, with fruity note blends of hints of berries, floral notes and a distinct spicy character, including cedar, toast, clove and vanilla. Smooth and fresh. Pleased to be finally consumed, and easily kept for 5 years more.

From the technical side, we have our own vineyards with a total area of 100 hectares and spread throughout the region of Jumilla, at an altitude of 600 m and with an average age of 15 years. The plots are located in different areas of the region, resulting in grapes with varying but complementing qualities and resulting in an excellent and highly differentiated wine while minimising climate risks.
The goal of the winery is to produce a strategy oriented toward customer demand so that questions such as, "How to market? How to age the wine?, How to prepare the wine?, Are the cultures of our vineyards suitable?, etc." remain a daily constant, increasing our knowledge and helping Carchelo to be in continuous improvement.
In 2008, important steps were taken with the future of our company in mind. The modernisation of our brand was our first objective, the logo being designed by our designer and for which the Gold Medal in the Pentawards was won (the Oscars of design). We brought in Joaquín Gálvez Bauza, prestigious winemaker premier, renown in the industry for his expertise in vineyards and winemaking of the highest quality.
At the company level, one of the most important aspects of Bodegas Carchelo is respect for our employees, clients and suppliers. Ethical behaviour concerns everyone and everything at our winery.
Worth mentioning is the seductive character of our vineyards, each one of them having "stories to tell".
